Great hall tree, despite missing part
I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect hall tree that had everything I needed. I needed shelving on the right side, and luckily this one is reversible so it worked out for me. It’s compact enough for my space and has enough room for my tall boots. I found out I could fit my boots on it if I left off the second shoe rack, but that part was missing. Honestly, I wasn’t going to use it anyway, so it turned out fine. I also appreciated the small side bench—I wasn't sure about adding it at first since it would’ve taken up space, but it ended up fitting well without blocking anything above. Most of the assembly was easy, but there were a couple of points where I had to loosen screws from earlier steps to make things fit later on, like with the bench and top board.

It looks just like the photos! All the necessary tools were included. Putting it together took a little time since there were lots of pieces, but everything was labeled and the instructions were straightforward. It's super sturdy and offers plenty of storage for our small apartment entry. I did need a drill to attach the hooks to the wood securely, and to make a hole in the wall to fasten the rack so it won't tip if my toddler tries to climb on it. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase!
