Solid Chair and Table Set
I got this set of HDPE chairs and a table, and they look great! Putting it together was pretty straightforward, and everything I needed was included in the box. I recommend using a t-handle Allen wrench for easier assembly—it saves your fingers a bit. I did run into one pre-drilled hole on each chair that didn’t quite line up, so I had to make a small adjustment. It was only off by an eighth of an inch, but since I like things just right, I couldn't let it go. I also noticed that the cross braces can strip out easily; I had that issue with all of them just from normal tightening. I'll fix it later with some material and super glue, but for now, they're holding up fine. The chairs are rated for 350 lbs, but the instructions say 380, which I think they could handle easily. They feel a bit oversized for us, but should fit others perfectly. We occasionally get strong winds, but I'm confident these chairs will stay put; they're pretty heavy. I'm looking forward to seeing how they hold up on our porch as we enter the rocking chair phase of life.

Overall, the quality is pretty good for the price. My mom is on the shorter side, and she can actually touch the ground when sitting in the rocking chairs (short people problems!). The assembly does involve quite a few pieces, so I suggest using a drill instead of the small tools provided since it can get tiring on your hands. They come together easily enough with the tools, though. We really like them overall, but the table feels a bit flimsy. The backs of the chairs have some flex to them, which adds to their comfort.

I have a good friend whose retirement job is working at Lowe’s part time. He is extremely handy and capable and put these together for me. I suppose I could’ve done it in a day and a half but I am not handy. Bottom line is that now they are together they’re extremely sturdy, look great and are sold at a fair cost. They come in one box so it’s gonna take a pretty good man to handle it. MMy friend said the directions are really very good and he of course has the electric tools that make it a piece of cake. I wouldn’t try it without the electric tools. They set on my balcony overlooking the beautiful Atlantic ocean here in Florida.
