Perfect Crate for a Small Dog
This crate has been a great addition for my little dog. It feels sturdy, looks much nicer than a standard wire crate, and blends in well with my home. My pup settled in quickly and now happily naps inside.

Completing the purchase online was easy and the delivery was on time. I was able to put it together myself without the help of my husband. Let's go down the list of your product details. Heavy duty metal and wood- the metal tubes are thick, there is a wooden top, I do have a bent bar but I did also view the ups delivery driver, which was a woman, drop the box on her foot. Me and my husband went out to bring the box in ourselves the rest of the way. I would imagine the bent bar came from the box being dropped but I can't say 100% because it was only one bar that was bent (pictures included). There is a wooden bottom as well and I can see that if you have a water bowl in the crate what are will splash onto the wooden bottom and it will ruin the board overtime. I would try to suggest a male delivery driver for this package. Escape proof security- no I'm not putting a big dog in this crate I just needed the size. I have a shih tzu and poodle mix puppy. I did have to cover up the bottom bars so the puppy couldn't get in between the bars just until they grow a little bit more. I used zipties to attach coverage. The only latches that I trust on this crate are the top two on the front doors. All the rest move very, very easily on their own. A big dog pushing or pawing against the door, they will move instantly and the cage will be open. They don't even stay unlocked when I unlock them and move the door. They slide right back down and mine were bent out so they weren't even straight to go into the locking mechanism. Easy clean and scratch proof top- I have no complaints so far on that. I have a reptile cage on the top and I haven't had any issues. Ventilated and anti anxiety- yes it is definitely ventilated. Multiple sizes for all breeds - as I said I'm using this larger size for a very small puppy. They also have multiple sizes available to purchase so I agree with that. Pricing - I feel this crate is comparable in price as the other ones that I searched. I chose this one because it was more open and everything was white. I was able to use a $10 coupon the day I purchased it but now, just a few days later I see there is a $20 coupon. A $20 coupon is better than a $10 coupon especially if it's only been a few days difference. Maybe you can have a policy where if the price goes down within the first 30 days of owning the item you get the difference refunded back to you.
