Holds up a huge 98" TV
Got a 120lb 98" TV and didn't want to risk it falling over on someone. Wall mounting it keeps it safer and looks better in the space anyway. Planning to add a console table underneath later. The key thing is getting your studs right and mounting in the center—watch videos if you're not sure or get someone who knows what they're doing. Once you nail that part, this mount is solid. I leaned on it with my full 200lb body weight at moderate extension and it held no problem. This is a seriously heavy-duty piece, which is why I felt confident trusting it with such an expensive TV. Some lighter mounts out there didn't feel as reliable to me. You'll need two people for the install, and a socket wrench makes it way easier. The tilt and swivel adjustment work great. I used a laser level to dial it in from the start rather than fidgeting with it later. One thing—they didn't list the exact VESA pattern for my TV, but it fell within their range and works fine. That said, I had to hunt down different M6 bolts because the ones included didn't match what my TV needed. No huge deal, just something to plan for. Make sure whatever bolts you use aren't too long or you'll damage the TV. Would definitely recommend. Already thinking about grabbing another one for a smaller TV.

Sturdy and simple to install
This is the best TV mount I've gotten yet. Comes with everything you need and more. I was looking for something that could handle a heavier older LED TV, and this does the job. The toughest part was just holding it up against the wall while fastening it. Got it mounted in about 30 minutes with another person helping. Now my TV tilts and extends exactly how I wanted it to.

Holding a 98" tv
I have a 120lb 98" tv. I was going to just place it on a console table, but I was concerned that it might get knocked over and hurt someone. Also, this keeps it closer to the wall and I think that looks and performs much better in the space. I'll still build a console table to go underneath it. You really have to make sure you're going into the studs, in the dead center. If you don't know how to do that, watch some videos on YouTube or hire a pro. But assuming you can get that done, the mount is excellent. It held my 200lb body weight at moderate extension. I'm sure it would hold it all the way extended but I wasn't that brave. This is a heavy duty (and heavy) mount and I think that makes it worth the price. Some others were much lighter and I'm not sure I'd trust them. This is a tank. You will almost certainly need two people to install it. And I'd suggest a socket and ratchet to make the install as easy as possible. Adjustability is great, although I prefer to just take my time and make sure it's level from the start. I used a laser and that made things easier. It was strange that it didn't list the specific vesa mount pattern for my tv, but I was within the range they showed and it's working just fine. So I don't think that's an issue. But I did need to find different M6 bolts for my tv. Make sure you use the recommended length and not just what comes with the tv. They provide a bunch of options but none that matched what my tv needed. Not a big deal, but good to plan ahead for so you can order at the same time. Don't use bolts that are too long or you might damage the tv. Overall would highly recommend, and will likely buy another one of the same brand to mount a smaller tv.
