I waited over 4 weeks before writing this to make sure I really liked it. I work long hours, usually 10-12 a day, and I was worried about how my back and hips would feel. To my surprise, I still feel comfortable after all this time! It looks beautiful and well-made, with a nice light cream color. The metal legs are sturdy, and I appreciate that it comes with both traditional and inline wheels — I use the inline ones on my carpet, which work great. The seat is surprisingly comfy, like sitting on nice furniture, and it still looks fresh after weeks of use. The lumbar adjustment is simple to use, and it fits my back well. I also like that the arms can lift up so I can sit close to my desk. I'm 5'6” and my husband is 6'1”, and we can both adjust it easily. Get the mm set at Harbor Freight for a pentance and it will save a lot of wrist labor. The chair assembly comes with two L shaped hex wrenches, but they are a bit small for the amount of torque and number of times required to be used. Still, once assembled, the appearance is great, as is the studiness and quality. I can sit in this chair for hours and not get aches from it if you need another office chair, upgrade and treat yourself to one of these. I'd go for the tanish color shown here. It's by far the prettiest.
