small and fragile - but fit my needs
I was really pleased with the price and design. I decided to strengthen it a bit by adding glue and better screws. I also used some exposed screws on the top and covered them with a leather piece I got from Hawkins Woodshop, which worked well. The top is all white leather, and it complements my setup. Its size and price were for what I needed, but I wouldn’t suggest it for heavy use by teenagers.

Great for small spaces, but not for desktops
I needed a desk for my laptop and always go for Furinno when I want something quick and simple to put together. I have a few of their pieces around my room. Just a heads up, this desk isn’t for desktop computers. I have my laptop with a monitor mounted on the wall, so it fits my needs perfectly in my small work area. While it feels a bit wobbly since it’s light, I'm able to use a laptop stand and keep my keyboard and mouse on it along with a charging station and a drink. The side shelves are handy, too; I keep a couple of books on the bottom one. It took me about an hour to put together, which is a bit longer than most of their items, but everything's included in the box—you just need your own screwdriver. For an affordable desk that fits in tight spaces, you really can’t go wrong.
