I ran into an issue that was actually the delivery service's fault, but they really went above and beyond to help me out. They kept me posted and were great to communicate with. New chairs for the office!
It's always a good time to upgrade. Back in 2009, we got some budget office chairs for our home office and they surprisingly held up well, even after years of use. Fast forward to 2022, we decided it was time for a change. After being disheartened by our last pair of La-Z-Boy chairs that wore out too quickly, we were hesitant to purchase any new ones—especially since we saw some bad reviews on these chairs. But we gave them a shot anyway. Assembly took us about 75 minutes for both chairs. Rolling them over our wood floors with plexiglass mats has been smooth without any issues. The chairs stay in place, and we're an average size couple. I’m 5'11" and about 205 lbs, while my partner is 5'9" and around 170 lbs. The only downside was the installation tool; it got dropped a few times during setup. We opted for the brown color to match our desks, and overall, these chairs feel a bit firmer than our previous ones, but we think they're going to last longer.
