Great little white desk for my sewing machine
I was looking for a simple, easily to put together wood desk or table for my sewing machine. I had a huge one before that was way too heavy and big and I sold it. This is a nice, clean, white desk. Everything went fairly well putting it together except when I got to the very end. One of the cam locks would not go into the hole even though it was right on top of it. There were 6 so I got frustrated and quite trying to hammer it in believing the other 5 would hold it up alright. If you're a woman who has common sense but are no wiz at some of these things, please be aware that the instructions, although fairly easy to understand, only has illustrations (no words). I think on a couple of the pictures they should have showed a close up of the way the hardware is installed (the cam locks). I had to stop and really think about it. Then I ended up going onto YouTube with a question on it, and then understood what I was doing. So altogether I think it was a good deal to get it on sale. The drawers are a little off center but they work and that's no big deal. I do recommend this cute little desk. It doesn't take up a lot of space and will be handy when I just need to sew up a few things. The machine will be sitting there for me. Seems to be pretty sturdy.
