this chair has been great for me
I've had this chair for over three months, and I have to say, it's been really good to me. I'm 6'1", and the shape of the back gives just the right support. It feels natural and comfy, unlike some other chairs in the mid to lower price range. The mesh back and base keep me cool, which is great for those long hours at my desk, whether I'm working or gaming. The arms don't adjust, but they can flip up if you need them out of the way for getting in and out. Just a heads up—the armrests are meant for resting your arms, so don’t lean on them too much when getting up or sitting down. The chair is sturdy and straightforward to put together, but I suggest keeping the bolts a bit loose while assembling it. I learned that the hard way when I tightened them too early. Overall, this chair is a solid choice; for a mid-range price, it's better than a lot out there. I honestly expected it to cost more. It's a great deal!

Great chair for working from home!
I wanted to share my thoughts on this chair. I picked it up during the pandemic because I needed to set up a home office. Just to be clear, I’m not being paid to say this and I think I have a pretty balanced view on things. I spent about $135 on it and honestly, I’m really pleased with my choice. Putting it together was straightforward and took me around 15-20 minutes. The instructions are only 6 steps, and I suggest you read all of them before you dive in (that's just good advice). After I assembled it, I sat right down as I intended. It feels like a solid chair with the ability to lean back and rock. I specifically wanted a chair with folding armrests, and this one meets that need. If you’re someone who wants a fancy chair with all sorts of luxury materials, this might not be the one for you, but if you’re looking for a practical computer chair that’s comfy enough, has adjustable height, rocking features, and decent lumbar support, then I’d say go for it. It's a great pick for the price. Sure, some folks might find little things to critique, but this is a $130 chair. The quality is decent and it gets the job done. I’m satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who needs an affordable office chair. If you’re exceedingly picky, nothing will ever please you, good luck with that. Great chair for the price
If you need a solid chair, this one is a great choice! I bought it on 01.25.16 and use it for about 8-12 hours a day due to work. I'm around average height (5'11) and weight (160 lbs). 1. Support: This is key for me. I have a neck injury, and I needed a chair that would help my posture. The mesh back support really does the trick. I've spent a lot of time hunched over my computer, but this chair has helped with that, and my neck is feeling a lot better now. The seat cushion is quite comfortable too. I started using a Seat Solution cushion mainly to keep the chair in good shape, but the original cushion was good enough for a few months before I needed it. 2. Aesthetics: It looks just like the pictures. Nothing flashy, but it works well. The leather has held up nicely with my daily use. 3. Features: Not too many features, but you can adjust the seat height and the back rest either locked or unlocked. 4. Value: If you want a functional chair, this one is. Perfect budget chair
Chair took 10 minutes to put together. Super comfortable. Great back support. I spent over an hour going through trusted websites and “best office/gaming chairs 2024” but it seems their idea of a “budget chair” is now $200. I had a $400 Secret Labs Titan for a few years and it was pretty nice before the arm rests started to deteriorate. Also, really don't want to spend $400 or even $200 on another chair right now. I looked through probably 50 chairs on Hawkins Woodshop before finding this one, putting it in my cart along with 2 others, and then continued looking through another 20-30. Then carefully looked through reviews one more time and decided on this one. Very happy I did. This chair is sturdy, comfortable, rolls smoothly, and has good support. The screws even come with red loctite. I’ll end up spending a lot of free time playing games and watching youtube in this chair and I look forward to it. Very happy with this chair. 5’10”, 200 lbs, perfect size for me.
