Taller than it looks
Just finished getting it built. Took about 3 hours by myself. I'd recommend at least 1 other person to help. Directions were pretty easy to follow, pieces were well marked. Hardware came in a blister pack instead of bags. It was a tedious build, almost all the bars, supports etc screw in. Not an quick assembly or disassembly bed. It's tall. Taller than I thought. About 12" from floor to rail. With the box springs we'll have to jump into bed, and I'm 5'10", wife is 5'4" she might need a pole vault or steps. So far no squeaking after assembly. Only issue is the head board shakes a little. It's bolted in about 1/4 from the bottom so it's a little top heavy. Arrived in pretty good condition. One corner of the wood was a little smashed but you can't tell. Could've been packaged better at the corners. So far so good. I'll update if any issues come up.

Great bed. Very well packed with minimal excess foam. But everything was packed perfectly to prevent any damage. I ordered this and couldn't put it together for a month so I was super nervous there would be issues but I am super happy with my purchase it feels sturdy and well designed and built. The frame holding the bed is all metal with the wood as just an accent. Would recommend if you like the look you won't be disappointed!
