I ordered a headboard that fit all my needs from Hawkins Woodshop. Initially, I had a delay and then my order got canceled due to a shortage. I was really worried about how to get what I wanted since I didn't want a full frame or anything that would connect to my basic metal Hollywood frame. Plus, it needed to be real wood, not veneer or MDF, and in a king size. After scrolling through countless options, I finally found it. They have real wood panels with easy installation and a variety of stains. I was thrilled! The price was right, and I got the exact stain I was looking for. My order arrived quickly, and the color was gorgeous. There’s a YouTube tutorial that helped, but we made a mistake by not following the first level line, which caused our second panel to end up an inch shorter. So, we took the panels off, drew a level pencil line across the front of the mattress, and measured each hanger according to the video. The headboard went up in no time! Since they fit snugly together, they feel secure and sturdy to lean against. I love it!
