The firmness is what I would consider medium—not overly soft where you sink in too much, but also not hard or uncomfortable. Quality product - Be aware of damage
I was disappointed with the distributor because my mattress arrived with a stain and tear on it. It was freshly unbox, plastic unraveled and inflated then I noticed the stain and rip. I live in The Bahamas, therefore shipping it back would not be as simple or easy for me and super expensive. Other than that, the comfort of the mattress is exactly as described and would be considered worth the price. I toss and turn all night and although the mattress does prevent that it truly helps to support my body with the movement. I can say I’ve woken up feeling better even if the amount of sleep is short. For those curious like I was if the mattress would suffice without a box spring, a box spring still helps.
