The mattress is wonderful. It's the right firmness and the quality is great. I love the color and it looks more expensive than it really is. I ordered the 14 inch but received the 12 inch. Hawkins Woodshop's customer service was exceptional in resolving the issue. I would recommend this mattress every time especially for the quality, easy set up and value.

"Excellent balance of softness and support (for side sleepers). I bought this 14-inch Zhihuvg model, and after letting it expand for 2 hours, it reached its full height. As a side sleeper, I notice that the gel memory foam relieves shoulder pressure very well. It doesn't get hot during the night. The only thing to note is that the edges could be a bit firmer, but for the price, it's a gem. Highly recommended!"
