Luxysea Safety and Comfort First
We got our bed sooner than expected, which was a nice surprise! Shoutout to Hawkins Woodshop for that great service. Sorry for the delivery team having to tackle those stairs—this package was heavier than I imagined. I also love that there was no extra shipping cost. Now, about the bed: it was a really safe and smooth experience compared to the last bed we ordered from another place. That one was a bit of a nightmare to unpack. I still remember how it sprang out of the plastic and broke my lamp! With this Luxysea hybrid box spring/mattress, they clearly put in a lot of thought to make the unpacking process safe. The way it was packaged was impressive. The outer plastic had little holes that allowed it to breathe and also kept it from bursting open like the last one. I was relieved that this time there were no surprises. They included a tool for unpacking, which I think I'll use as a letter opener later. Once I made a hole in the plastic, the mattress slowly expanded as the air got in—simple and effective. I pulled off the plastic, which is also high quality and can be reused later. The box? Our cat loves it, so I’m planning to turn it into her little playground. Luxysea has done a great job engineering this Queen size mattress with eco-friendly materials, and I appreciate that they’ve thought of everything. After one night, I can tell the firmness is just right for both of us—we’re already feeling better than we did on our last mattress. I expect to have a great relationship with Luxysea moving forward.
