Sturdy and easy to assemble
This arrived in a large package, and while it was a bit heavy to handle, the packaging was great. You’ll just need an allen wrench to put it together, which is included, so no extra tools required. It’s held up really well with a king size mattress on top, making it an option for a second home, especially considering the price. The frame fits my king size Casper mattress perfectly and is stable, yet easy to move when I need to clean underneath.

This bed frame is amazing! It has a charming vintage farmhouse look that I'm into. Like others have said, it’s quiet, and putting it together was a breeze. I’m a single mom and managed to set it up alone in just over an hour. I only needed help from my daughter to hold one part while I secured a bolt, but other than that, I did it solo. I checked out the reviews before buying, and they were mostly positive. A few folks mentioned that the screws might come loose, so I picked up a small tube of Blue Loctite from the hardware store. Just a tip—it's a bit drippy, so use a rag underneath to protect your flooring. I put some on every screw, and it holds tight until you need to take them out. Everything arrived in good shape and there were no missing parts. There are quite a few pieces and different sizes of screws, and I did mix a couple up, but it was a simple fix. The bed feels sturdy! The pictures match what you get. I also added a 10-inch mattress because I didn’t want it higher than the top of the footboard. So far, I haven’t had any issues with the mattress sliding. If you want extra security for that, you can find mattress slider brackets for about $12. Overall, I love this bed!

I read all the reviews, which were pretty good. The one of main things people were saying was the screws were coming loose. So I went to the hardware store and bought a small tube of Blue lock tight. (It’s drippy so put a rag down so it won’t get on your flooring). Used it on the threads of every screw. It’s holds until you break them free, if you ever have to move. None of my parts were missing or damaged. There are a lot of pieces and sizes of screws, I put a couple in the wrong place, not big deal, easy fix. Sturdy bed!!! The pictures are exactly correct. I also bought a 10 inch mattress as I didn’t want it be higher than the footboard top cross rail. As far as the mattress sliding I’m not having an issue yet. But you can get for about $12 mattress slider brackets set of 6 on Hawkins Woodshop. Love this bed!!!

Looks just like the pictures and assembled easily in about 30 mins with some patience. Pay attention to the order in the instructions. Sturdy and well built. Only down side is the middle vertical supports on each side - very easy to ram your foot into when making the bed. Would have been better if the designers found a way to move those inward a few inches.
