Great Cutting Board
This is my second board from Hawkins Woodshop. The first one was a gift, and I really love how solid it feels. It's durable; I've been using the older one for two years now. After washing and drying, there's no odor at all.

Santa nailed it with this cutting board!
My wife loves cooking, so she asked for this stylish cutting board for Christmas. Santa listened, and now she's thrilled with it. In her own words, here’s why she loves it: 1) No micro-plastics; it's made of paper, which is a bit odd but pretty cool. 2) Dishwasher safe. 3) It doesn't stain (check out the photo with her old plastic board). 4) The hard surface makes cutting easy; it's tougher than plastic. 5) The hole is great for grabbing it from the cabinet. 6) It's sturdy and durable but lighter than plastic. She likes it so much that she wants to get additional sizes. It's really thin—about half the thickness of her old plastic board—so we can store two of these where one plastic board used to be. As for me, I think it feels tough, kind of like my Toyota truck, which is known for its durability. I even joked that it could serve as a medieval shield if need be, though I wouldn't want to try. It might be a bit on the pricey side, but toughness comes at a cost. After a month of regular use, my wife is happy with her cutting board, which means Santa's got some big-time brownie points. Score one for Mr. Claus!

Best Cutting Boards I've Used
I've got six of these cutting boards in different sizes, and I've been using them for years now. They're made from a composite material that is super flexible. While they look a bit like wood, they don’t cut like a wood board, which means no splinters and they hold up well against my sharp knives. The boards are lightweight and thin, so they’re easy to move around and store. Plus, they dry quickly after washing since they don’t soak up liquids. Cleaning is easy—just rinse, wipe with some Dawn, and rinse again. I’ve never tossed them in the dishwasher, so I can’t comment on that. I do have a thick maple cutting board for show when I'm carving at the table, but I don’t use it much because of all the cleaning and seasoning. Like I said, these Epicurean boards are the best cutting boards I’ve ever come across.

Santa scored big with this cutting board!
My wife enjoys cooking, so she wanted a good cutting board for Christmas. Santa delivered, and she’s thrilled with it! Here’s why she loves it: 1) No micro-plastics; it’s made of paper, which is different but pretty neat. 2) It goes in the dishwasher. 3) No stains, which is a big plus (check out the photo with her old plastic one). 4) The cutting is precise; it’s harder than plastic. 5) There’s a hole for easy grabbing from the cabinet. 6) It’s sturdy but lighter than plastic. She likes it so much, she’s thinking about getting more sizes. It’s thin too—about half the thickness of her old plastic board, so we can fit two of these instead of one thick one. Honestly, I think it’s super tough, kind of like my truck. I wouldn’t be surprised if it could stand in for a shield if needed, though I won’t try it out! It’s a bit on the high side, but I guess tough stuff costs more. After a month of regular use, my wife is happy, which means I’m in the good books with Santa! So, win-win!
