Great desk overall

The desk came together nicely. I found the instructions were spot on in saying that having a partner to help is useful, especially since I'm not the best at building things. Keep in mind that how you want to set up the desk will affect the assembly process. There are three options in the manual, and I went with option two so the longer piece would be on my left. The instructions at first showed piece #7 at the back, but then later indicated it should be closest to you, which was a bit confusing. It turned out #7 needed to be in the back and #8 in the front. I had to flip #7 around because the holes for connecting the #10 bar were facing out. Bar #11 goes inside because it’s got an extra hole for connecting. Also, make sure the drawer holders are installed with the flat side facing out, as I had a couple on backward and needed to fix that. The desk is stable and fits perfectly in my room. I really like the simple design, and the height is just right. The cloth drawers are fine by me, and they seem decent enough.
