Great desk with a few assembly tips
I was pretty happy with how the desk came together. The instructions suggested having a buddy help, and I definitely needed that since I'm not great with assembly. Just a heads up, how you want to set up the desk affects how you'll put it together. There are three assembly options in the booklet. I picked option 2 since I wanted the longer piece on my left. I found it a bit confusing at first because the manual shows part #7 in the back, but then also suggests it's closest to you on another page. Anyway, #7 did go in the back, and I had to make sure #8 was in front. I flipped #7 around since the holes for the #10 bar were on the outside, and I had to install bar #11 inside because it has the extra hole for connections. I thought I was missing parts for a bit, but it was just me getting things mixed up. Keep an eye on the drawer holders too; make sure the flat side is facing out for smooth sliding. I had a couple of those on backward initially. Once it was all together, the desk felt stable and fits great in my room. I like the simple design—for what I need. The height is nice too, and the cloth drawers aren't bothersome and feel decent.

Perfect Fit for My Home Office
I needed a budget-friendly desk for my home office and found this gem. Honestly, I didn't expect much given the price, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! It's more useful than I thought, and having a power source right on the desk is a major plus—I might need a bigger desk in the future just for that feature. Putting it together was simple and I managed it without any help. The build seems solid enough to last a while. Even though it’s compact, the shelves and drawers are quite spacious, easily holding my docking station, files, and other supplies. Overall, this desk is a fantastic choice!

Love this desk!
I'm really happy with this desk. It's the height and gives me plenty of space for everything I need. It feels sturdy and the wood grain looks great. Just a heads up, you need to pay close attention to the instructions to get everything lined up right. I had one part with the screw holes facing the wrong way, but I was able to easily fix it by loosening it and turning it around. Once I did that, all the holes lined up perfectly, and putting it together was a breeze. I could easily take it apart and set it up again if I need to. Recommending it to my friends!

Holds A Sewing Machines Perfectly
I bought this desk to use for sewing. It hold both my sewing machine on the larger desktop while my embroidery is on the L shaped arm. The desk was east to assemble with clear instructions with each part labeled clearly. It is durable and the power strip on it is a plus. It is a very durable desk and easy to move.

Nice desk, fits my needs, adaptable
This lightweight desk looks good while doing heavyweight work. It is plenty sturdy enough for both my 32 inch tv and 24 in monitor that are both connected to my computer. It was priced below most desks of this size. I like the fact that it can be set up with the L on either the left or the right. That versatility allowed me to fit it into my limited space better (as my sewing machine cabinet is on the side where the drawers are). The cross braces not only provide stability but also give you an excellent place to strap excess cords for cable management. The instructions are some of the best I've seen for furniture that can be assembled in multiple ways. At the beginning of the book it shows you flat out that if you want to assemble it one way you want pages 6-18 and for the other way pages 19-32. No bouncing back and forth between "do this or that" type of stuff. And for those that don't normally keep tools around, or are just totally disorganized at the moment, it even comes with ll the tools needed for assembly. The only downside to this desk is what I don't like about most desks these days. The lack of a built in keyboard tray. Luckily, I already had a clamp on one. The top isn't too high for many people to use for their keyboard and mouse, but for those of us that aren't blessed in the height department, it's an uncomfortable reach if we want to keep our feet on the floor while typing or gaming.

Excellent desk for sewing/crafting

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect craft/sewing desk. It's not easy to find an L-shaped desk with the side piece being as small as this one is. But it's what I needed to fit my small craft room in between to cabinets, while avoiding a wall air vent and not blocking a window. I'm really happy with it. One of the coolest things is how well the size of it works with other storage bins and things that I have (see my video). The side shelves can hold those little plastic shoebox size bins stacked 2 high and 3 across on each shelf. And if you don't need to have a chair tucked under the desk, the space underneath is perfect for one of those larger 3-drawer plastic wheeled storage carts. My chair stays at my writing desk and then when I want to use this desk, I just roll that cart out from under and slide in my chair. It did take a while to put together and you really have to pay attention to which part is which and which way it attaches. But if you take your time, it's not hard. The only issue I had was that the hex key tool they include is low quality and it stripped when I was snugging one of the screws. Fortunately, I have other hex keys of the same size, so it wasn't a problem. Once you've got the desk all together with the cross braces on, it's nice and stable.
