Excellent product, but very big. I needed a medium dog pen that would still fit into a shopping cart & this one is way too big. I kept the cage & i put in the back of my suv (barely fits). Fido can't come shopping with me anymore, which is best for all. I suppose!

Got a notification that my crate had been delivered. Came home and it wasnt there. They left it at my neighbors house. Once i got it, it was a bit warped and difficult to put together.(holes didnt line up easily) now that its put together, it works fine. These crates work well and last pretty well too.
