I initially got a LinenSpa Mattress with a Metal Bed Frame thinking it would fit, but the holes didn’t align with this headboard. Make sure you choose a frame that’s compatible with it. I recently got an Eggshell Bedroom set and needed a budget-friendly headboard for my son's Twin XL bed. We couldn't drill new holes since they were too close to the edges, but we managed to fit the bed and frame against the headboard in the room’s corner, and it’s been working perfectly!
