I found that when the top part is closed, it doesn’t sit flush with the table and sticks out a bit. I've had a few folks look at it, and they all said it was due to the lifting mechanism. *Update* After I posted my first review, Colby got in touch to help right away. They provided some troubleshooting steps, but it turned out to be a manufacturing issue. Since I couldn’t fix the problem, they offered to send me a replacement at no cost or a refund, letting me keep the old table. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I'm definitely planning to buy more from Hawkins Woodshop.
