Great patio set that looks amazing!
Our new patio set showed up ahead of schedule, arriving in two separate shipments. It came with all the parts, plus some extra nuts and bolts, which was nice. The set feels sturdy and is clearly well made. The cushions are nice and thick, making them super comfy. It was easy to put together and it looks in our yard! We're happy with it and look forward to using it for years to come. Thanks, Hawkins Woodshop!

I looked for over a year at patio furniture and finally found the perfect set. This grouping is well made and so beautiful. It arrived in good condition except one box. The box was damaged, but it just had cushions in it. All the cushions were just fine. All other contents in the other boxes were packed very well. I opted for the Hawkins Woodshop crew ( two men) to put the set together. They were professional and friendly putting the set together with no problems. They had the set assembled in an hour and a half. I can’t tell you how much we enjoy this furniture! The chairs are so comfortable that everyone fights to get to those first. They rock and slide. The perfect chair after a long day at work. The glass on the coffee table may look fragile, but it is not. A hail storm came through last week and there was no damage. No damage to anything! Everything dried pretty fast too. Buying this set has given our family another space to go to relax. We now eat breakfast and dinner outside a lot more often. I read on the sofa and we often just sit and talk because the furniture is so comfortable. I can’t wait to start entertaining! It was an investment, but was cheaper than what I could get locally by over a thousand dollars. Finally, I have to mention the excellent customer service. Mia was great. I emailed her about the box that was damaged wondering if anything else should have been in the box. She quickly responded the same day stating the cushions were the only items in the box. Mia also said to me, “Look over all the furniture and make sure it all there and not damaged. Be picky. If anything is damaged, let me know. I will get a replacement out as soon as possible.”In this day and age of automated systems and having to wait days for responses and resolutions, how refreshing it is for a company to have such a caring, available employee. Kudos to Hillga. I love our set and think it was an excellent purchase and positive experience in so many ways. It was worth the wait!!
