These chairs are great! They’re really good quality and simple to put together. I liked that they came with a handy ratchet tool for those tricky spots. The rocking and swiveling features are, and they’re comfy. I even got a second set! But honestly, the best part was the customer service from Hawkins Woodshop. I had an issue with my cushions, and they sent replacements right away—no fuss or long wait. I recommend them!
