The comfort of the chair is really good. I do feel that the chair was lacking with the heat option. I don't feel it in my lower back at all, which is where I need the heat the most. It feels like it is more mid back only to me. I also feel that a chair that would fit a 500lb human would be wider in the seat section and it is not. It is the standard width from what I can tell. I do love the foot rest feature as I just had knee surgery less than 2 months ago and it helps with some elevation under the desk. It was simple to put together as everything is labeled or self explanatory.
