Great Chair for the Price!
This chair is really well designed and offers solid quality for what you pay. The height adjustment works smoothly, and you can choose to recline or not. There’s no lock for the reclining feature, but honestly, that makes sense given the price. You can also adjust the recline with a knob. Assembly was straightforward; I don't think you need to hire someone for this. I looked into various options, including Nilkamal and IKEA, but this chair under 5000 is a choice. I highly recommend it, especially since so many of us are working from home now. It’s comfy with good lumbar support, and while the armrests aren't adjustable, they're in a good spot.

Good quality for the cost.
Putting this together was a breeze. The seat is wide and has a good depth. I like the curve on the back, it supports my spine well. The height can be adjusted, which is great. I do think the padding could be a bit thicker, but I guess I’m just used to my office chair that cost five times more. For reference, I weigh around 190 lbs.

Comfortable for All-Day Use
This chair is really comfy and supportive, for daily use. I spend about 5 to 6 hours in it at home, and I've never had any back pain or discomfort. It's easy to adjust and provides good support for what you pay.

Perfect chair for my needs!
I've been on the hunt for a new computer chair for over a year because my old one was falling apart, and it just didn’t fit my space well at all. I didn't want another leather chair, so I checked out a bunch of mesh options instead. Being on the shorter side at 5'6" and not very heavy, I found a lot of chairs just felt too long or wide for me. I needed something that didn’t feel like a lounge chair since it’s just for my home office. I took a chance on this one, and honestly, I’m glad I did! It was easy to put together—had no trouble doing it myself and was sitting in it within an hour of delivery. It fits comfortably under my desk without needing to be lowered, which is a win. The back support is pretty decent, and I don’t slide around in it. Plus, the wheels roll nicely, even on carpet, and the armrests are just right for me. Just a quick note: if you’re taller or have a larger frame, this chair might not be the best fit. It’s not heavily padded, but for me, it’s exactly what I was looking for!

A great chair with solid support!
I've been buying products from Hawkins Woodshop regularly and this chair is one of my favorites. I'm 5' 7" and around 215 lbs, so I know the struggle of finding comfortable chairs. Most of them wear out or just don’t provide enough support. This chair caught my eye because it had a great price and it’s from the Hawkins Woodshop line. I was surprised by how comfortable it is! The seat has just the right amount of padding and still feels soft after several months of use. I usually have back pain, and I’m happy to report this chair doesn’t give me any issues, even after 7 months. The backrest is made of a soft mesh which is much better than standard chairs. The downside is that the armrests are fixed and can’t be adjusted, but that's okay for me. Assembly was simple enough; I did it alone without any issues. However, after about 7 months, the chair's lift started to give out. It would randomly drop a bit while sitting. But Hawkins Woodshop’s customer service was great! I reached out about a replacement, and they handled it quickly. I got a new chair sent to me the next day. Overall, this is a nice chair with solid support and good customer service. I’d recommend it!

Great chair for the price!
Let me just say, I wasn't paid for this review. I had been on the hunt for a new computer chair for over a year because my old leather one was cracked and really uncomfortable. I kept sliding down in it and it just felt too big for my room. Every time I was done, I had to lower the chair to fit it under my desk. I explored different mesh chairs since I didn't want leather again. Being 5'6" and around 140 pounds, most chairs felt just a bit too long and pinched the backs of my legs, plus some were too wide. I needed something practical for home use, not a fancy lounge chair. Buying this chair without trying it was kind of a leap of faith. I figured if it didn’t work out, Hawkins Woodshop would handle returns well. Luckily, it turned out to be for me! It was easy to put together on my own—everything fit perfectly. I had it all set up within an hour of delivery, which was great since I wanted to get rid of my old chair. I find it comfortable for long periods, and it slides nicely under my desk without needing to be adjusted. The back support works well for me, and I don’t slide around at all. The wheels glide smoothly on my carpet, and the armrests are just right. A few things to consider: if you're on the larger side, this chair might not be the best fit. Taller folks may also find the lumbar support and armrests a bit low. If you want something with more padding, this probably isn't the one for you. But for me, it was exactly what I needed!

Really impressed with this chair!
Honestly, I was surprised at how much I enjoy this chair. It checks all the boxes for comfort, lumbar support, and durability. The only downside is that if you get crumbs on the mesh seat, it’s a bit tricky to clean—you definitely need a vacuum. I'm 5'9" and weigh 160 lbs, and it fits perfectly. It's not often you find something that feels like a steal, but this chair does. I highly recommend it if it suits your size. I've had it for a couple of months now and I think it's going to last a while.
