It rolls smoothly and feels very strong and sturdy with an easy to use up and down lever. The recline function is perfect for putting my feet up on the desk if I'm reading. It slides under my desk fully, getting out of the way when I don't need it. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. The little black plugs go on the holes on the back of the chair back. For this price, if you're thinking of getting this, do it! Fyi, I am female, 5ft 5", 135 lbs.
