I got four of these black chairs to match my new dining table, and they’re just what I hoped for. They fit me well with a bit of extra space, but being 5 feet tall, if I sit back, my heels don’t touch the ground. I actually don’t mind that since I usually sit with my feet flat. There are no armrests, but the sides curve nicely, giving some support. The cushion is comfy without being too soft. I’m currently settling into a new place and have been using these chairs at the dining table for work, and they are comfortable for longer sitting. The fabric feels smooth, and thankfully, I haven’t had any spills yet, but the black color should help hide any stains. Putting them together was easy, took about 10 minutes each, especially with the right tools. I did add some silicone-cork pads to the legs to protect my hardwood floors. Just a heads up: if you’re on the wider side, they might be a bit snug. Definitely not for people who need to buy two airplane seats. I recommend these chairs!
