Sturdy and Stylish Desk Setup
We got this desk to replace an old one that had served us well for years but just wasn't cutting it anymore since my wife now works from home full-time. This new desk fits perfectly in the corner and gives her a lot more space in front of her monitors. We're using the AMERIERGO Triple Monitor Stand Riser to hold her two monitors and laptop, which works great since it lets us angle the two outer risers for a better fit. Plus, we can tuck the docking station under one of the risers, keeping things tidy. Putting the desk together was pretty straightforward, though you need to be careful with the orientation of some parts when you're assembling it on the floor. Just like others mentioned, make sure to place parts 13 and 14 on the back side so everything lines up properly. You can tell you've done it right when the angled cuts fit snugly against the legs. Just keep everything a little loose while you're building it, then tighten it up like you would with a car tire. I pushed the tops together a few times while tightening to make sure the seams stayed nice and tight. Overall, we're both really pleased with the desk and the monitor riser; they're strong and functional.

Beautiful desk, just a tip for assembly!
I really love this desk; it’s beautiful and feels solid for the price. Assembling it was pretty straightforward; I managed to do it by myself in about two hours with just the tools included in the box. My only tip for future buyers is to keep all the bolts that attach the desktop to the base a bit loose until you have everything set up. I noticed a small gap between two pieces at first, but once I loosened the bolts and snugged them together while tightening, it all came together just fine! I would recommend this desk.

Great corner desk with solid build!
First off, I love that this is a corner desk! It's not like most L-shaped desks where you just sit on one side. Being able to face the center gives me extra legroom, and I can tuck a footstool underneath—this works perfectly in the corner setup. Other configurations just don’t allow for that without taking up too much space. I also appreciate having extra desk surface on both sides. This desk has ample room for my gaming setup, which includes my gaming PC, an ultrawide monitor, and a bunch of consoles like the PS4, Xbox, and even some older ones like the N64 and Super Nintendo. The desk's sturdiness is impressive. My gaming PC is hefty—around 80 lbs—and I never worried about placing it there. Honestly, I felt like I could stand on it without any issues. I went through several corner desks before finding one that met my needs, and this one exceeded my expectations. It’s solid, but the assembly took quite a while since there are lots of bolts to attach and tighten. It was a pretty time-consuming project, but it was worth it in the end. I’ve seen some complaints about the assembly instructions, and while there were minor issues, I think a lot of it comes down to user error. Fantastic corner desk!
I don't usually see corner desks like this one, and it's just what I needed! Once I got it set up, I'm really pleased with it. Building the desk took about 2.5 hours, and I did run into a bit of confusion. The instructions show the labels for the pieces and screws but don't go into detail. There was a tricky moment when my partner was trying to fit the crossbars for the corner, which was pushing the frame out of alignment. After looking closely at the images, we realized we had attached the crossbars wrong. Once we fixed that, everything else went together smoothly. In terms of space, I have a big curved monitor and two laptops on it, and there's still plenty of room to work comfortably. I'm tall, and there's enough space underneath for a footrest or extra storage. Overall, I'm loving this desk! TLDR: It’s large, looks great, and is solid. Customizing the shelves for a computer tower is simple. It might take some time to assemble, but the end result is worth it!

Great desk - just be aware . . .
I bought this desk to replace my old smaller standing desk since I needed more space for a three monitor setup. It really met a lot of my requirements for the price. As for assembly, I followed the instructions and did it solo in about three hours. Just take your time and read through them. I did run into a minor issue where some parts didn’t align perfectly at first, but a quick loosen, adjust, and re-tighten fixed that up. Overall, everything arrived in good condition without any damage. I saw some complaints about gaps between the wing panels and the central panel, but I didn’t have that issue. The wooden pegs fit well, and the gap on my desk is tiny, plus I have a gaming mat that covers most of the desktop, so it’s not noticeable for me. I used a power drill with a hex bit set to low speed to speed up the process—worked like a charm. If you’re not familiar with power tools, don’t worry; they include some basic tools in the kit. I just prefer using a power drill since I have limited hand strength. In terms of space, it comfortably fits my three monitors, including my curved gaming screen. The finish looks nice too. I added some LED strip lights behind it, and it looks. I’ll post some pictures once I tidy up my office. If you want a spacious desk that won’t cost a fortune, I’d recommend this!

Some instructions could be clearer; I had a little confusion about which bolts to use in a few spots, but it wasn’t terrible to figure out. The packaging was pretty impressive too; everything fit in a small box well. I also love the Black Oak color—it looks great! If I could suggest anything to Hawkins Woodshop, it'd be to improve the assembly instructions and maybe include better tools since the ones provided were a bit cheap.
