If you're considering this stand, go for it! I decided to treat myself to this and I'm so glad I did. It's sturdy and high quality, plus it helps keep my workspace organized. Assembly reminded me of putting together an IKEA piece—it took longer than I expected, about 30-45 minutes, but definitely worth it. This stand is just what I needed for my big monitor. It not only lifts the monitor to a better height but also gives me extra storage for my sound bar, laptop, and other items. I keep my keyboard and mouse pad tucked away on the lower part when I'm not using them. The two side drawers are really handy, and there's still room on the right for a lamp and my pencil case. My desk was a mess before, but now I have a place for everything. I wish I’d gotten it sooner! Just a heads up, if you have a large monitor, it will block out a window entirely. I ended up buying a light to set up behind it to brighten up the desk. Now it looks great! Just make sure you have a big enough desk for this riser, as it is quite large. It was the perfect addition to my white ikea desk. It honestly looks like it came with the desk. That's how seamless it is. The plastic cubbies can be a little annoying, and you may want to buy a better stopper to keep the drawers from sliding too much. Since my desk already has proper drawers, though, this wasn't a big issue for me. Overall, I'm very happy with it and would definitely recommend it. I love that the shelves give me extra storage for my other devices, and they make it easy to organize cables and charging docks. It was also the perfect length and still left enough room for my pc stand on the desk. I haven't had any issues with the stand moving around. It feels sturdy.
