Hands-free is the way to go!
I was using a small bathroom-sized step-on trash can under my kitchen sink, and it was super annoying. There weren’t many options that fit, so I thought I’d have to deal with it forever. It’s not exactly the size I envisioned, but it’s turned out to be one of my top purchases. The black plastic rim keeps the bag in place and makes clean-up easy. I love that I don’t have to touch it except when changing the bag. It opens smoothly as I walk by, with just a slight 'hum' when it opens and closes. It’s working great!
