This is a great mattress. I really like the softness of memory foam but realize I need the support that innersprings provide. This hybrid mattress is a good combination of both and I am really happy with the mattress. There was low Oder and the mattress feels firm more than soft. It also feels solid. One thing I was surprised by was the lack of communication from nectar. There was zero communication whatsoever. I ordered the bed and it came in a box a few days later. Nothing else was in here box and I received no emails or texts. I appreciate letting the quality of the product speak for itself, but for a company that boasts so much about their quality, I hope they will be there if I ever need support.
