I ordered these adorable bed stands because of their fantastic price and classic style. They fit in perfectly with my other furniture! Putting the first one together went smoothly, but when I got to the second one, a screw just wouldn’t go into the metal right. I think the black paint was causing the issue. I tried to fix it, but it didn’t work. So, I reached out to Hawkins Woodshop, and they resolved my problem within a week. I sent them a picture of what was wrong and the lot number so they could check other stands. They sent me exactly what I needed to fix it, and it was! If they hadn’t been so responsive, I probably would’ve rated this three stars. But they were quick, respectful, and thorough, and they took care of it without any extra charge. I know mistakes can happen during production, but they made it right! The stands aren't tall, but they match the description. I wouldn't put too much weight on them, but I guess that's not necessary for bed stands anyway.
