Super easy to assemble!
I just got my new chair, and it was a breeze to put together! It took a bit longer than the videos suggested, but honestly, it was still really simple. Once it was all set up, I took a seat, and wow, it’s such an upgrade from my previous chair. It's a bit narrower, but comfy. The lumbar support is just right—not poking out too much like some others I've seen. Those rollers move quietly and glide well on my Bamboo Chair Mat, unlike my old chair which struggled on it. The instructions were straightforward, and everything was nicely packaged. My last chair lasted a decade, so I’m curious to see how this one holds up!

Great chair! Easy to put together, a little longer than what the videos say, but easy! Once it was together I sat in it. What a big difference from my last chair. It is a little narrower than my last chair but very comfortable. The lumbar is perfect, not sticking way out like some of the chairs I was looking at. The rollers are quiet and roll smoothly on my Bamboo Chair Mat. My last chair had a hard time rolling across it. Instructions easy to follow, all parts wrapped separately and packed nicely. Contrary to some complaints I have read on Hawkins Woodshop pertaining to this particular product it has come to my attention that this particular product with some slight adjustments for instance a much sturdier base and slightly longer screws on that base which are found with this particular product and by alternating the wheels for some singular larger casters, you will discover that this is an acceptable product. So far it has an excellent back support, neck support and with the right adjustment on the arms are the chair has an adequate amount of support for the arms. Overall I'm going to give it four stars just to be safe. I will update you in 4 months because some of the complaints I have read claim that after 4 months it falls apart (Heaven for bed it should do that) so I will give an updates in between 4 and 6 months. But to those people who did make those complaints. Had you sat in them properly then it wouldn't fall apart. In the last chair that I had from a different company of a similar quality, I made the mistake of letting my twin nieces stand on the legs and that's why I'm getting this chair so that way then it can hold according to its claim +350 pounds. It could be because of quality control issues or could be problem is in the abuse done by the buyer. So far though no complaints. Granted, it was a little confusing on the assembly pertaining to the main pump shaft that holds up the chair. Just let you know it stands up pretty well by itself it doesn't require any pumped or anything like that.
