Just put it together, and my first thought is that it’s a great chair for the price I paid ($80 during a recent sale). The shipping box looked a bit rough, but everything inside was in perfect shape and nothing was missing. Assembly was straightforward, thanks to the five illustrations on one page that made it clear what goes where. I wish I had a proper hex tip for my driver, though—I had to use the included L-wrench, which was fine for tightening everything but made it a bit tedious to screw everything in. But it fits perfectly in the tight spot between my desk and a big bookcase, and the flip-up arms and thin mesh back allow more space to walk behind when needed. Nice Cheap Chair
Just put it together and the first impression is - Nice Cheap Chair ($80 on Weekend, or whatever deal was going on a couple of days ago.) The shipping box looked a little the worse for wear, but everything inside was unscathed and nothing was missing. It went together very nicely, as the 5 illustrations on 1 page left no doubt as to what went where. I only regret not having the proper hex tip for one of my driver tools, as there are a lot of turns to put on all the screws with just the included L-wrench. (The included wrench was fine for putting consistent final torque on things, just a but of a pain to screw everything in with.)It's a bit smaller than the just slightly more expensive chair from a big box office supply store that finally started breaking down after 12 or so years of constant use at the desktop computer. But it sits in a tight spot between the desk and a large bookcase, and the flip-up arms and mesh (thin) back mean there's more room for me to walk behind the chair when I want to. Wheels roll smoothly on the chair pad, and vertical adjustment is smooth. Reclining is smooth, and the resistance is fine as it came, so I haven't fiddled with it yet. The seat is shorter front to back, and the mesh back is lower, than what I've been sitting in for a long time, so we'll have to see how that works out over time. But it's perfectly comfortable after the first hour or so, and that leaves me pleased so far.

Very comfortable but seat memory foam is collapsing
I only had this office chair for 7 days. First impression, the size of the frame and seat is very comfortable. The frame of the chair and the air rod is very solidly made and was easy to put together. The castors roll very smoothly and the chair recline is adjustable. I like the mesh backing and the lumbar support is easily adjustable. However I am very concerned about the Seat durability because the memory foam on the front right side is starting to show signs of collapsing as if there is a defect in the sponge material post-manufacture. I'm only 165lbs so this should not be happening after only 7 days of use if the sponge is made from high resilience material (see pictures enclosed). I will have to contact Customer Support to ask about seat replacement before the warranty and return date expires. I like to keep this chair if the seat problem can be resolved without returning it. Please help Customer Support.
