Had to make some tweaks but turned out fine
The poles themselves are solid, but the trays kept coming loose no matter what I did. I ended up using gorilla glue in the holes and that fixed it—they stay put now. Just a heads up though, don't load these shelves with anything too heavy because they'll slide down the poles even if you crank the tighteners all the way. Other than that, it's a decent piece once you work through it.

Impressed with this portable storage shelving unit
I was a bit unsure when I was purchasing this. I needed something useful and fun for my bathroom that can be use d for storage and decoration, though since I am renting, I needed something that was easy to install and remove without issues and looked good. The box came with many parts, and was a bit intimidating at first, though I was able to put them together with little issues. I was worried that the shelves would be flimsy, but I was impressed at how sturdy they were. I like the metal, spring and heavy duty plastic combo. The plastic plated for the top and bottom of the shelves stabilizes the shelving system. I would not put anything too heavy, but I don't need anything heavy in the bathroom. I was worried that the shelves would be awkward over the toilet, but they fit perfectly and are not cumbersome. I am so trilled to have a stable, sturdy and cute shelving unit in my bathroom. The only thing that I wish it had, would be clear plastic inserts to go over the wires on the shelves to make smaller items not fall through. I might need to dyi that myself. Though in general, it's perfect for a small space that needs storage.

This little item is a lifesaver in my small cramped bathroom. The item is pretty sturdy and the tension rods keep it in place. I used this to stack towels and toiletries in the bathroom. Im not sure how good it would be for heavy items like tv or other large weighty containers. Its very attractive as a towel storage. I would like to warn of the complexity of assembly. This item is a project to put together. Its not for those not construction inclined
