That clearance figure is the one that decides whether the frame straddles your fixture, and it fits most standard-height toilets. The shallow 7.9 inch depth is deliberate, keeping the cabinet from crowding a narrow room. The same frame works over a small washing machine if the laundry area needs help too.

The wood is CARB P2 compliant and carries a waterproof, moisture-proof finish over a neutral grain that keeps the look warm instead of clinical. That finish matters in a room that gets steamed twice a day. Two anti-tipping devices are included to anchor the unit to the wall, and you should use them.
