Easy assembly and comfy chair.
I had an issue with ups delivery but Hawkins Woodshop was very helpful and I finally received it. It was so easy to put together and it is pretty comfy. Good purchase.

We ordered two of the blue chairs and ottomans. The customer service is amazing, replied quickly when we only received 2 boxes out of 4. The first 2 boxes came 5 days earlier than expected and the next 2 came the following day!!! We are very pleased. The chairs are beautiful and very supportive (great for those that need a stiffer chair). The instructions need to be more detailed but we figured it out eventually. I would have given 5 stars but the back cushions definitely could use more stuffing. We inserted the throw pillows into the zipper openings on the back cushions and this provider more fluff. The color shown in the picture is more of a blue-green, in person they are more blue. The size was true to specifications. Took about 2 hours to build both chairs. All in all, we are very pleased.

Fairly easy to put together. Very comfortable. If you are like me and missed the small writing, it comes in 2 separate shipments. Mine came on different days. But everything good. Wish the instructions were more explanatory though. This is the light brown but in my room it looks olivey, which is fine with me.
