This chair arrived in two large boxes that were delivered on the same day. I'm not the strongest person, but I managed to put it together myself in about 1.5 to 2 hours. There aren’t too many pieces, and the instructions are pretty straightforward. Just take your time and don’t tighten the screws all the way at first, like the instructions suggest. I made that mistake and had to go back to loosen some screws to get everything to fit right. Once everything was in place and tightened up, it turned out to be a very sturdy and spacious chair. The dimensions listed are spot on. The cushions fluffed up nicely, and I gave the pillows a shake to make them even puffier. They feel firm yet comfortable, and the fabric is soft. The side pockets are a nice touch—I use mine for my tablet—and I like the storage in the ottoman. I wish there was a bit more velcro on the front of the ottoman to keep the cushion secure; I might add some myself later. The back cushions are surprisingly staying put with just one strip of velcro, which is great. I did lower the back to turn it into a bed once, and it was comfortable, but I probably won’t do that often. It was a bit tricky to align the knobs with the zipper holes to put the back up again, which might get annoying to do every day. Overall, the chair is beautiful and looks high-end, just like in the pictures. It's comfy and doesn’t sag at all when I sit or lie on it, and both my fiancé and I can fit on it together. The color matches the listing well, though it looks a bit warmer in my photos against my cooler-toned wall. I'm happy with this purchase!
