Office Desk
This is a great office desk. It does take every bit of 5-6+ hours to build. That includes unpackaging, discarding, organizing/taking inventory of materials and then going through the instructions step-by-step. Thought I was missing a part and reached out to customer service at Sauder via chat. Turns out it was with the materials (for anybody that gets this - read step 2 closely). Very happy with the product. It was a fun build.

Desk Quality
Very nice desk! Heavy duty and not cheaply built. Husband had slight difficulty in building it as all the packages were not clearly marked with letter markers but he was able to figure it out. A few minor dings from travel but nothing that distracts from the overall look of the desk. While it has not been in our home for long, I confident this will be a good investment for long term. Definitely beats the quality on cheaper made desks that had been looked at. Item came in two boxes with the heaviest one weighing 133 lbs. So boxes are rather heavy. All in all, I'm pleased with the purchase.

I love this desk!
Very nice desk! It is very rich looking and sturdy, with amazing drawer space. I have seen desks of this caliber in furniture stores for 3 to 4 times the price. The catch is that you need to assemble it. The holes for cords were insufficient, so we added one, because of the proximity to an outlet. But it was not too difficult to put together, and well worth it.

I very happy with the looks of this unit. It looks like a real piece of furniture even though it's practical board. Once assembled it's very solid. But be careful during assembly. I destroyed two of my panels because I tried moving it. See the pics. Luckily the damage is hidden when assembled.
