Great patio set
I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this patio set turned out to be for the price. The chairs went together pretty easily, but I did find the sofa a bit tricky to assemble. Overall, it's a really nice set.

The replacement sofa just got here! This time, two delivery folks brought it with a dolly and carefully set it down on the porch. Not sure if Hawkins Woodshop did something about the delivery or I just got lucky this time, but I'm happy. Putting the couch together took about two hours, and it's really nice! I appreciate how quickly they got back to me—within a day they sent a replacement after the first one was damaged. I saw some reviews mentioning issues with customer service, but I had no trouble emailing them directly instead of going through other channels. Can't wait to enjoy our porch this summer! Update: they sent the replacement sofa! Hoping it's in better shape than the last one. The chairs are great so far, and I love the storage ottoman. The first couch box arrived pretty damaged, and all the pieces were bent, so I couldn't put it together. I emailed Hawkins Woodshop to sort it out. I had already spent about 5 hours assembling the chairs, side table, and ottoman. One of the ottoman parts didn't have drilled holes, so I had to do that myself with a power drill. The table legs had several scratches. It's a bummer because I like the chairs and would have loved the couch if it weren't bent. They should consider using sturdier packaging with foam corners and heavy cardboard to avoid damage during shipping.

Great Outdoor Set!
I'm giving this set a solid 5 stars for its quality, look, comfort, and price. I searched high and low online for something similar, and this one with so many beautiful pieces is a steal! The swivel rockers are fantastic for relaxing on a sunny day. The couch holds three smaller people just fine, though it might be better for two average or larger folks. The side table is larger than I expected, making it useful. The coffee table/chest is also a nice size and fits all my pillows and blankets perfectly (the pillows were bought separately). I got a tray to put on top since the wicker isn't the sturdiest for drinks. It was a nice surprise that it included three covers too—one for the couch, one for the chest, and one for the two chairs. We’ve only had the set for two weeks, so I can't say how it will hold up long-term, but my husband said it felt well-made when he put it together. Everyone in the family loves it, and it's now my favorite spot to relax. I've gotten tons of compliments, and when I tell people the price, they're always shocked!

I'm really happy with the quality of this set, especially for the price. It's sturdy, comfortable, and looks great. I also love the covers. The instructions were clear, and everything was included. Just a couple of minor drawbacks – the allen wrenches are quite small, so we grabbed our own tools. Plus, the cover for the chairs is one big piece instead of two separate ones. Other than that, I'm pleased with this purchase and would recommend it.
