Great Patio Set!
I got the large set that comes with the fire table. The first box showed up yesterday and the other three arrived today, which was a couple of days earlier than expected. I'm pretty handy, and it took me about 6 hours and 45 minutes to put everything together. The couch was the trickiest part because of how the washers need to be fitted on the bolts and nuts. My advice is to wait until all the boxes are there since some pieces are scattered across different boxes. I organized everything alphabetically and put the bolts in small bowls to make grabs easy. I used a drill for what I could, and once I finished the couch and two seats, the rest went together pretty fast. A tip: don’t tighten the bolts until everything is aligned; it saves a ton of time. Also, when fitting the cushions, I slid them in with the bag open side first – it made it so much easier to line them up. I really love this set after looking at other patio options for a while. The fire table tiles are grey, not white, which fits my space perfectly. The seating is comfy, and I appreciate how the couch is bolted together instead of just separate pieces. It’s not a tall couch, but it's a nice fit for patios and lanais. I can't wait to work, relax, and even nap on my new patio set!

I have to admit, at 71 years old, I’m probably one of the cheesiest people out there. But honestly, for the price, this patio set is a fantastic deal! I had a little mishap while filling my citronella lamp and spilled the oil all over the cushion. I was so worried, but I just grabbed a cloth with some dish soap and water, wiped it off, and it came out perfectly—couldn’t even tell it had happened! I had a really good experience with Hawkins Woodshop. The product is! It did come in multiple boxes, which was actually helpful when setting it up. Although we’re still waiting for the last box, we’re happy with what we have so far. Unfortunately, the glass around the fire pit broke during a storm the first night we used it (lesson learned about leaving it outside!), but Hawkins Woodshop is sending us a replacement for free, which I appreciate. I’ve already told several friends about this patio set because I love it so much. The only small downside is that the cushions are a bit slippery, but I think that's just because of the waterproof covers. That’s an easy fix if I decide to get new covers later. A 10/10 for me!

I’m really impressed with both the product and the customer service from Hawkins Woodshop! We are still waiting on some pieces since they arrive in multiple boxes, but we're already thrilled with our purchase. Getting it in different shipments actually made putting it together easier. Unfortunately, the glass around the fire pit broke during a storm the first night we set it up (my mistake for leaving it outside), but they’re replacing the shattered glass for us at no cost, which is nice of them. I recommend this product and have already shared it with a bunch of friends who are also looking for a patio set. When I stumbled upon this beautiful patio furniture, I was blown away by the "Peacock" Blue color. I ordered two different sets, which their customer service team reached out to me immediately to make me aware that they were different colors and sizes. I initially placed and order for a brown and black set. After working with them, we found two sets that match, and they expedited the order. Prior to receiving them, they reached out to let me know there was a mistake in the colors and that I had an electric blue color sent to me. Without hesitation, they wanted to make it right and let me know they were not only shipping the correct color to me, but also let me know I was welcome to keep the electric blue color so I can have replacement covers if I need them. I am over the moon, and can change up the colors if needed. Now on to the quality of the furniture:The patio furniture was tedious to put together, but every single hole lined up perfectly! There were even extra parts just in case one is lost (or falls between the deck panels). This is some of the nicest pato furniture I've sat on, both in terms of sturdiness and comfort! With varying sizes and weights of family members, I'm not worried about it collapsing or wearing out fast. The covers they sent with it are nice and stayed on even through an intense wind storm. I woke up the morning after expecting them to have blown off, and was pleased to see they stayed in securely! For two sets it took me just under 12 hours to assemble. Eventually I used a different wrench from a set than what it came with. All parts use an Allen wrench and is hand tightened, so it took a while. (I recommend making a party out of it! )I plan to buy from rattan artisans in the future and couldn't recommend them more! It's so tough to know what you are getting, and I'm happy to have gone with this brand!
