Essential for enjoying the outdoors!
I was really impressed with the customer service! We got the 7-piece set and it arrived in two boxes in no time. Assembling it took a little while, but it was easy since it’s lightweight and I only had to use two types of screws. I did run into a bit of a hiccup when I noticed one side piece was missing and I had an extra of the other side. I contacted customer service and got a reply within a few hours. I sent over some photos and explained that I had family coming for the holiday weekend and we wanted to make the most of our new patio set. The rep was understanding, apologized, and sent the right part quickly. It arrived in just a few days, and the set fits perfectly on our 10x10 patio. It’s sturdy, looks great, and is quite comfortable. The seats are deep and the cushions are soft, plus the backrest cushions stay connected and don’t blow away. They say you get what you pay for, but this patio set truly exceeded my expectations! It's a good buy!

Great Addition to the Yard
This set is awesome! It makes our backyard a more comfy place to hang out. The versatility in arrangement is a nice touch too. It's sturdy and easy to clean, plus it looks and changes up the space. Good price as well. Putting it together was pretty straightforward, but if you're tackling it solo, it can take a bit of time. If you have kids, get them to help out! I recommend having extra Allen wrenches ready. It took us about an hour and a half, but I'm sure it could be down to 30 minutes with the right power tools. The instructions are mostly clear, though a few bits were missing, but it's pretty easy to figure out with some common sense. Don't forget to let the cushions fluff up a bit before you start assembling—just take them out of the bag first. The cushions have these stretchy clips that work well not only to keep them together, but also to attach them to the chairs for a tidier look. Overall, I'm loving the style and comfort it adds to my backyard. Two thumbs up!
