This was so quick to set up—literally took me just 2 minutes. It's really simple to put away too; unlike some products that take forever to fit back into the bag, this one is a breeze. The padding isn't thick, but it’s soft enough for my wooden deck or the lawn. One downside is that the sunshade doesn’t cover completely unless the sun's right above it, but I just throw a couple of thin blankets over it for extra shade. The carrying bag is compact and lightweight, which makes it easy to bring along whether we're walking or driving.

Great Play Yard!
This play yard is fantastic! I can't help but be excited about it. We've only had it for a week, but it's been great. First off, the size is for my 7-month-old daughter. She has plenty of room to spin around and move since it’s bigger than a pack n play. It doesn’t have padding, just a thin material on the bottom, so I recommend putting down a yoga mat if you’re using it on a hard floor. We have a yoga mat and a bright quilt inside, which makes it cozy for her. I also love that it has corners where she can spread out her toys. One of the best things about this play yard is how easy it is to set up. It takes me maybe 20 seconds. I take it down every evening and set it back up the next day or whenever we want to use it. Compared to my other pack n play, this is a breeze. All you do is pull it out and hook some straps on the corners. Simple! It would be easy to take out to a park or to a babysitter's place if needed. It’s pretty tall, so I can't even get inside it, which is great because she can't get out – for when I need to cook or clean. And the dogs can't bug her either. Plus, there's a little pocket on the outside for the instructions, so I won’t lose them. Overall, if you’re looking for a spacious, easy-to-use play yard for your little one, this is the one to get!

I wanted to compare the Regalo and Summer Infant play yards since I hadn't found any recent info. They are pretty much the same product overall with some differences. My choice depends on what works best for us. If I was going to keep it set up most of the time, I'd pick the Summer Infant because it seemed better made, especially since it was cheaper when I bought it. But we needed to move it around a lot, so the Regalo fits our use better. I can also fix any small issues with stitching as they come up, which is a plus. Both play yards are compact and easy to carry. The fabric is thin, so you'll need something soft underneath if you're using it on hardwood floors. For the Regalo, it's quick to set up, and I can adjust the straps, which is helpful. The fabric can be removed for washing. Just a note, though, the stitching could be better, and the bottom fabric doesn't reach the outer edges, so I'm a little concerned about that. The Summer Infant has better stitching and its fabric goes all the way down to the floor, which should make it last longer. It's a bit slower to set up since you have to deal with more straps, and the fabric can't be removed for cleaning. In the end, I’m happy with the Regalo based on what we need.

10/10
I used this for my first son and stored it, and now it's for my second. I definitely recommend it, just make sure to get the matching mattress that fits!

Couldn't be happier!
This is truly a lifesaver! Even though it’s on the pricier side, I’m so glad we decided to get it. 1. It sets up and folds down in just a couple of minutes, which is a plus. 2. It's pretty lightweight and easy to carry around. 3. We’ve taken it to the park, cricket matches, even to friends’ places with pets, and it’s been fantastic everywhere. 4. The size is just right—not too large to be cumbersome and not too small for our kid to feel cramped. He can move around and crawl comfortably. 5. The base isn’t padded, so we use a thin mattress on hard floors and a thick shawl on grass, and this combo works great. 6. We were nervous about him bumping his head on the cross bars, but luckily that hasn’t been an issue. 7. When we go out, we can easily fit some toys and rattles into the carrying case, which is handy. 8. Cleaning it is a breeze. 9. The base seems waterproof because it’s held up fine on damp grass with the toys and everything. 10. Even now that our kid can stand and walk, he can’t tip it over or push it. 11. We also use it at home for quiet playtime when we’re busy; it’s like his little safe space. 12. When we first got it, one of us had to sit with him for a few minutes to help him settle in, and it was strong enough for both of us to get in and out comfortably.

Good Comparison of Play Yards
I recently decided to check out both the Regalo and Summer Infant pop-up play yards since the last comparison was a while ago. Overall, they’re pretty similar but have a few small differences. My choice really depends on what fits our needs best. If I were keeping it set up most of the time, I’d go for the Summer Infant since it's better built and was cheaper at the time. But since we need to move it around a lot—like from our main floor to the office or friends’ houses—the Regalo works better for us. I’m not the best at sewing, but I can manage to do some simple repairs on it if needed. Both products are compact and come with a handy carry bag, but just a heads up that if you have hardwood floors, you’ll want something soft underneath since the bottom isn’t cushioned. The Regalo is easier to assemble, like within 30 seconds, and you can adjust the straps to keep things tight when you take it apart. Plus, you can wash the fabric, although it’s best to follow the hand washing tips they give. For the downsides, the Regalo’s fabric doesn't quite reach the floor everywhere, which makes me wonder about how durable it’ll be in those spots over time. Also, the stitching is a bit off in some areas. As for the Summer Infant, it has better stitching, and the fabric reaches all the way down to the floor, which is nice for durability, but it’s slower to set up and you can’t take the fabric off for washing. All in all, I think both options have their pros and cons, but for us, the Regalo fits our lifestyle better.

Best Play Yard Ever!
We have an energetic little girl and a big house with plenty of stairs, bookshelves, a small dog, a cat, and a large DVD collection that we want to keep her away from. That's where this awesome play yard comes in! There's a ton of room for her to crawl, sit, and play, giving her a sense of independence while also keeping her safe. She can see everything going on around her, which is great for both her and our pets; she can interact with them but doesn’t try to chase or grab at them. It's so spacious that we've even sat in there with her to play! With an adult, an 8-month-old, and all her toys, there's still plenty of space to move about. We've set it up all over—our house, friends' homes, the beach—it's easy to clean up and put away. It packs nicely into its carry case and is so lightweight, which is since we have so much other stuff to lug around. It takes up so little space when not in use; I was surprised! We used to have a traditional pack and play, but it was heavy and bulky, and I couldn't set it up by myself. The Pop'n Play has changed everything! I can set it up in seconds and we’re ready to go. We love it so much that we now recommend it for all our friends’ baby showers, and our parents have one at their place for when we visit!
