Perfect Makeup Vanity Upgrade
This stand-up desk I turned into a makeup vanity is exactly what I needed. It fits great in my small space, and while my box was missing the handles, the replacements I got work better. The desk feels solid, was easy for me to put together, and is a good deal compared to other vanities. It's the perfect size for tight spaces and can be used standing or easily moved to my dressing chair, bedside, or couch for crafts. Love the versatility! Just a heads-up, I don’t plan to change the height much or move it around regularly; if I did, I’d think about upgrading the wheels. The metal screws and legs are nice, and the wood veneer looks good too. The drawer bottom is a bit thin but sturdy enough with the acrylic dividers I added for my makeup.

My wife isn't well, and we were looking for a rolling desk that would work with her recliner. This one is perfect. It rolls right up to her seat and even fits nicely with the footrest up. The height adjusts, but the lowest setting worked just fine for us. The frame is solid, made of welded steel, while the rest is vinyl-covered pressed board. It looks good, too. The drawer bottom is made of hardboard and has plenty of room. Assembly took me about 40 minutes with the tools they provided, and I’m 77 with arthritis. We did have a small issue with the wheels, but Hawkins Woodshop quickly sent us replacements. We also added a power strip with USB ports on the back. The bottom shelf is handy for the laptop's power brick. This is a great item, especially for the price.
