The only thing some mentioned was that it might be a bit heavy, but I see that as a good thing since many other stands tend to break easily because they’re made from plastic. Compared to those, this stand isn’t heavy at all. Once I got it together—had a bit of a tough time with the instructions at first—it was clear how well-made it is. It’s definitely more solid than any other music stand I’ve used before. The lip is deep enough to hold what I need, and the extra prongs mean I can toss out my old laptop stands. The carrying bag that came with it is surprisingly strong, way better than ones I've had from other places. A little tip: grab some magnetic paper clips like in my photo. They stick right to the stand and help hold onto smaller sheets of paper.
