Great Bed Frame, But Don’t Like the Velcro

Seems sturdy although not difficult to move it around
It took about an hour for two people. A hammer and a drill would be handy for some steps. The parts are all labeled, but the instruction isn’t that clear about the parts that involved multiple pieces. It was really hard putting the headboard side to the frame without a hammer. I wish the headboard is little higher and that the slats could be thicker or wider (like there’s too much gap between each of them in my opinion). The bed frame seems to help with my back problem from the hybrid mattress that made me thought it was too soft. The slats seem to be fine for now.
