Decent Mattress!!
The mattress is heavy but I was able to basically slide the box into the bedroom and unpackage. No unpleasant odors noticed. Gave the mattress a full 2 days to "come to life." I'm not pleased that the memory foam topper portion of the mattress is off center and I cannot shift it to correct it, but I can live with that. At first, I was ready to give this mattress away but I'm glad I didn't!!!!! It definitely took awhile to get used to the change from my old mattress. It is firmer but does allow me (now) to sleep on my side without pain to my shoulder. Sleeping on my back is hit or miss... But getting more good days than bad! It does provide support which I am not used to quite yet! Now as far as sheets are concerned... I do recommend that you go to an 18 inch pocket if you are like me... I like to wash my cotton sheets in hot water and use dryer so they do shrink a little. My current sheet set fits 16 inch it is a struggle to get them on this 14 inch mattress so the 18 inch is perfect! I do recommend this mattress as it is made well and think it will serve me well! Obtw... Like that the sides are sturdy and do not cave in when sitting on the edge.

Good price for extra firm hybrid
Im very happy with the mattress. It was delivered packed well and came earlier than expected. I thought it was very nice to include 2 envelope openers in the package to safely remove the packaging compressing the mattress. Mattress expanded quickly and fully on the frame. Extremely pleased that it lives up to is extra firm rating. I slept like a baby on it.

Mattress was too soft, even though described as extra firm. Especially the edges collapsed when sitting on the edge of the daybed. Customer support was amazing.
