Came in great packaging. It's very thick and sturdy. If you like a more firm than plush bed, this is the one. Me personally, I'm gonna buy a mattress topper because I like my bed more squishy and soft. It doesn't smell or bend in when you sit/lay on it. Anyone over 5'5" wouldn't sleep comfortable on this because it's short in length. However, two people under 5'5" could sleep comfortably. It came quick as well, which I like! Fit perfect on the headboard i bought (also from Hawkins Woodshop)

Just as expected, not too soft not too hard, just medium to keep your back rested with no over diving nor too straight. Weight is relatively light and moveable, easy to setup and put on bed. Weight is distributed so it’s not too bouncy I’d say it’s 5-7% bouncy.
