Perfect for what we were looking for! Now our senior pup can sleep with us with no issues of jumping into our bed! Easy to put together! A lot of reviews saying it's confusing to put together with no instructions. They must have fixed it because the instructions were great and easy to follow! Make sure you screw all the screws pretty tight and have an extra hand when putting it together. It's pretty sturdy for us. We just made sure every screw was screwed tightly. It's perfect!

Overall the canopy bed is beautiful! The setup wasn’t too complicated and could be done quickly. However, the instructions could have been clearer. There weren’t holes drilled for some of the pieces and there was a lot of guesswork on how to assemble. The diagram for assembling the side pieces of the frame were unclear as it did not indicate which side was up. If the instructions were clearer, this would have been a 5.
