Customer Reviews
Perfect for my records and looks great!
This unit holds all my records perfectly and I still have space to add more. It fits my Victrola Quincy wooden record player nicely too, with plenty of room, unlike the smaller stand I used before. I'm pleased with how stable it is; I've loaded it up and it doesn’t bend or sag at all. The built-in power supply is a nice added feature. If you want to tuck away stereo receivers or other gear in the two top cubbies, there are openings for the wires, which is great. The size is just right for me—not too big or too small, more like a medium. As a reference, I currently have around 120 albums in there, including both thick gatefolds and standard ones.

Great quality for the price
I was really impressed with this record cabinet! We ended up buying two to place next to each other. Instead of spending over $2500 on a custom solid wood piece, we decided to give these a try, and I'm so glad we did. Yes, it's made of MDF, but the veneer quality is better than I anticipated. It's not that flimsy paper veneer that peels off easily; this one feels more solid, like plastic or something similar, and the wood grain looks nice. Honestly, it doesn't come off as cheap at all—it's even comparable to some of the furniture in my office. Both cabinets showed up in shape, and the assembly was straightforward. I did notice the instructions caution against placing a TV on them, but I believe that’s more of a standard legal disclaimer. The listing mentions they can work as a TV stand; just be sure to position heavier items on the bottom to avoid any top-heaviness. Ours is filled with records, so that's not an issue for us! I reached out to Hawkins Woodshop, and they confirmed that each cabinet can support up to 250 lbs. There are a couple of minor downsides. First, while the legs get the job done, they could be better made; they’re the only wooden part and have a cheap finish. Second, as others noted, if you install the power strip inside, it can block some record storage on the shelf below, so I opted not to install it, which works fine since the power strip hole isn’t visible with records in front. For $130 each, I’d recommend these! They’re not high-end furniture, but for the price, you get way more than you’d expect.

Stylish, Sturdy, and Perfect for Vinyl Lovers!
I'm really happy with this record player stand! It combines modern and vintage styles perfectly and fits well in my living room while keeping everything neat. The shelves have plenty of space for my vinyl collection, and the top is just right for my turntable. Putting it together was easy, and the materials feel solid and durable. It's stylish, practical, and a great find for anyone into music or vinyl!

Great product
This shelf is super sturdy but not too heavy. It was easy to put together, and everything fits together perfectly. It holds a ton of vinyl records, and we’ve got other shelves for our CDs and players. It looks nice and is just the right size for our bedroom. Cleaning it is a breeze too!

Surprisingly Good Quality
I was really impressed with the quality of this record cabinet. We bought two to set up side by side, and honestly, it was way better than spending over $2500 on a custom piece. Sure, it’s MDF, but the veneer is better than I thought. It’s not that flimsy paper stuff that wears off easily; it feels more like plastic, and the wood grain looks decent. It doesn’t seem cheap at all. Honestly, the veneer is as good as the furniture at my office. They say it’s waterproof, which I find hard to believe, but I feel okay wiping it down with a damp cloth. Both cabinets showed up in great shape, and the instructions were simple to follow. Assembly was easy. They do suggest not putting a TV on it, but I think that’s just a standard legal warning. The listing says it can work as a TV stand, and I would recommend keeping heavier items on the bottom to prevent it from tipping. We have records on the bottom shelves, so that’s no issue for us. I asked Hawkins Woodshop, and they mentioned each cabinet can hold up to 250 lbs. A couple of downsides: the legs could be sturdier. They’re made of lightweight wood with a cheap finish, but they do the job. Also, if you put a power strip inside like some reviews said, it blocks a few records from fitting in the shelf below. I skipped the power strip since the hole isn't visible when there are records on the shelf. Overall, for $130 each, I’d recommend these. They’re not top-of-the-line furniture, but you’d have to spend way more for that. For the price, these are better than I expected.

Looks great and easy to put together
I got this to store my vinyl collection, both now and in the future. It really does look nice and was quite simple to put together—took me about an hour and a half by myself, but I bet it would be faster with two people. The instructions are pretty clear, though I did mess up the back panels, so the built-in plugs won't work unless I take it apart. Just be sure to get the holes lined up with the plugs! It has plenty of room for my collection to grow and fits my turntable and bookshelf speakers nicely on top. It’s not too heavy, but it feels solid. I think it’s a great deal for the price. It arrived in condition with all the pieces included. If you want a stylish and practical cabinet for your turntable and vinyl, I recommend this one.

Great cabinet for my vinyl collection
I got this to hold my current and future vinyl records, and I'm really pleased with it. It looks nice and went together pretty easily—took me about an hour and a half alone, but if you have a friend help, it would probably cut that time in half. The instructions were clear and simple to follow. I did mess up the back panels, so the built-in plugs are now unusable, but that's on me! Just be sure to line up the holes with the plugs. It has plenty of room for my collection to expand, and it fits my turntable and bookshelf speakers nicely on top. It’s not too heavy, but it feels solid and looks good in the room. For the price, it's hard to beat. Everything arrived in great condition with no damage, and all the hardware was included. If you're after a functional and stylish cabinet for your records and turntable, I recommend it.
